At Emailified, we have built a no-overhead process for helping you submit your data and lists for append, verification or cleansing and receive it back with regular updates on the status.

  • Step 1
  • You submit your list via our Submit List form
    When you are ready with your list of contacts or email addresses (for reverse email append), you can simply submit it to us via our Submit List form. You will also receive a quick update from our team that your list is received and when it will be delivered.
  • Step 2
  • Your list is pre-processed
    Your list will be pre-processed by our platform and it will be de-duped, normalized and cleansed for channeling to the core Emailified platform.
  • Step 3
  • Emailified process
    The Emailified platform then processes the data for the requested solution of email append, email verification, email hygiene or reverse email append. The data is double checked by the platform based on server responses and inbuilt logic to ensure accuracy.
  • Step 4
  • Manual review by our team of email hygiene experts
    Our team of email hygiene experts then review the full data file looking for a series of flags that we have identified as a way to reassure quality of the data.
  • Step 5
  • File is delivered to you via email
    The final file is then delivered by our platform to your email address with a full summary of the data. We deliver all the records to you including the bad / incorrect records just for your reference.
